It started in 1994 with an idea conceived at age 13: a bicycle hub that became the world’s lightest — a record the design has held for more than two decades.
Ryun has been involved in every aspect of building bicycles, from initial concept through riding and racing the finished machines. Materials include aluminum, titanium, steel, magnesium, scandium, carbon fiber, and carbon nanotubes.
Every bike starts with brainstorming and project requirements, moves through pencil drawings and CAD, and ends as something as beautiful as it is functional.
